Le Clos uses the latest encryption technology. Your payment is processed by Emirates Payment Gateway, the leading payment gateway provider in the UAE and leclos.net does not have access to any credit card details.
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is an online eCommerce service that allows you to browse our selection of wines and spirits at your leisure, pay online and schedule to collect your order next time you travel through Dubai International airport (DXB). You can collect your bottles from our stores in Terminals 1 & 3 departures or arrivals. Please place your order 24 hours before your arrival at DXB. Please note collection is not currently available from Terminal 2.
What happens if you are not satisfied with your purchase?
Le Clos offers a quality guarantee for any purchase you make online or in-store. Please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns.
How much does engraving cost?
Engraving is a complimentary service for bottles purchased online and in-store. We try to accommodate every engraving request; although there are certain limitations and therefore we are unable to engrave some bottle shapes. Please contact the Le Clos team via email email@example.com to enquire on engraving options for particular bottles.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, you must advise the Le Clos team of the name and travel details of the person collecting on your behalf. You can either provide us with required details: during the checkout process OR by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We will have the bottles ready to collect as per your request.
How can my order be collected?
- 1. Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation from the Le Clos team confirming the order and collection details
- 2. If you are collecting on departure your bottles will be waiting at the Le Clos store closest to your departure gate (our team will track your flight and advise you)
- 3. If you are arriving in Terminals 1 or 3 your purchase will be ready for collection from the Le Clos store in the Baggage Claim area.
Can the order be collected from Terminal 2 at DXB?
No, currently Le Clos is not present in Terminal 2 and therefore no goods can be delivered there.
