At Le Clos we have created a luxurious shopping environment so you can browse our collection at your leisure. While you may wish to visit us in Terminal 3 Departures and fly away with your bottles in hand we also cater for you if you prefer to receive your purchase as you arrive back into Dubai.

Pre Order for Collection Before you Depart Dubai

If you know exactly what you require you can pre-order many items through our online store before you fly. This may be especially useful if you are transiting and have little time between connecting flights. You are also welcome to email us at customerservices@leclos.net or call +971 4 220 3633 if you prefer to order this way.

Payment - When collecting in store the simplest way to pay is in person before you fly out of Dubai. If you would prefer to prepay this can be indicated when placing an order through our online store. We will then call you and arrange payment from your chosen credit or account card.

If you are a first class passenger and would prefer to pick up your order from the Emirates lounge you can indicate this when placing your order and your purchase will be waiting for you.

Choose on Departure, Collect on Arrival

If you are making a return journey back into Dubai you can now choose your wines from our store as you depart and have them ready for collection when you return. Our free arrivals collection service enables you to take advantage of the 4 litre tax free wines and spirits limit when entering back into the UAE.

All you need do is leave us your return flight details when you make your outbound purchase and we’ll take care of the rest. For more details email customerservices@leclos.net or call +971 4 220 3633 (available 24 hrs a day).

Remote Ordering

If you would like to place an order for collection upon arrival in Dubai you may also do this remotely by ordering online, telephoning the store (+971 4 220 3633), or emailing the Le Clos team customerservices@leclos.net.

Payment - The Le Clos team will contact you by telephone before you arrive into Dubai in order to take payment details. It is important to leave a contact number if you place an order online or by email as we cannot accept payment in the arrivals hall when we meet you with your purchase.

When met in the arrivals hall the customer will always be requested to show their payment card and passport to verify payment details received in store. Purchases will not be presented without this verification.

如果您乘坐的是头等舱，并愿意在酋长休息室（Emirates Lounge)收到您所购买的产品，请在定购时表明，您的产品定将会在那里等候您。
