We advertise vintages of wines only as a guide and we reserve the right to substitute advertised vintages as stock is replenished. The currency exchange and duty free allowance functions are intended only as a useful guide and are not guaranteed to represent the most up to date or correct information.

It is solely the responsibility of the individual to be aware of allowances set by customs for their specific destination with regards duty free alcohol importation.

When you place an order through this website an automated reservation form is sent directly to the Le Clos team at Dubai International Airport. Upon receipt at Le Clos you will receive contact from the store to confirm the order. Depending on the option selected when placing your online order customers will have the capability to either:

1. reserve the product and pay on collection
2. provide payment details by email and collect on arrival
3. provide payment details in a phone call with the Le Clos team and collect on arrival

We can only accept pre orders from customers transiting through or departing from Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 that allow sufficient time for us to contact you and collate the order, this is usually around six hours.

In the event that your chosen product(s) is/are no longer in stock we will endeavour not process the order and will inform you of this. In the event that payment has already been taken but your item(s) is/are not in stock we will offer you a replacement or fully refund the amount to you.

1. Unpaid Reservations
   If you choose to pay for your order on collection we will contact you only to inform you that your order has been received and to notify you as to the availability of your selected product(s).
2. Reservations Completed by Email
   If you choose to complete your payment by email, prior to colleting you will have to provide full payment details. In this instance we will send you an email to your nominated address confirming your request to reserve and pay for an order. You must reply to this mail in sufficient time for Le Clos to process the payment. You send payment details in email form entirely at your own risk and are advised that the Le Clos email system is not secured beyond standard domestic protocol.
3. Reservations Completed by Telephone Call
   If you choose to complete your order by telephone you can expect a call from the Le Clos team shortly after placing your reservation online. In this instance we will process the payment while on the telephone using the card details you provide to us. If the payment is processed successfully we will hold the wine for you to collect.

For those who have reserved products online you will be invited to come to the store and pay for your order in person when transiting through Terminal Three, Dubai International Airport. We will then complete your order in person.

If you have prepaid for your order either by email or by telephone you will be invited to collect either from the Le Clos store or, for first class passengers, from the Emirates Lounge. Customers must produce their passport and the payment card debited when collecting pre paid orders from either the Le Clos store or Emirates Lounge. The name in customers’ passports must match the name on their payment card. Customers will be required to sign both to acknowledge receipt of product and also to authorise the debit on their nominated account or credit card. Any pre paid sales that do not meet these criteria will be refused and the card in question refunded for the full amount debited.

Le Clos will hold items only for a 24 hour window from the collection time stated on the reservation form. We will attempt to contact customers who have pre paid for their orders to arrange an alternative collection if this window is not met. In the event that we can not contact the customer or an alterative collection can not be arranged we will refund the amount in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Le Clos nor any of its affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, arising from access to, use of, or reliance upon information contained in or provided indirectly through this site. Such information may be changed by Le Clos at any time.

Nothing in this limitation of liability shall exclude liabilities not permitted to be excluded by applicable law. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.
